I am a transhumanist. This blog contains articles, essays, patents, pictures, rants, and basically anything I feel is of interest to the larger transhumanist community. For the most part the articles I am interested in involve transhuman technologies obtainable within my life time. The far future, while fascinating, does not concern me. Events beyond my control will unfold as they will, what I will concentrate on here is the practical, real world steps involved in becoming a transhuman.

I will not be trying to convince readers to adopt transhuman philosophies or ideologies, although I maintain links to outside materials which explain and advocate both sides of the debate. I don’t want to waste time defending my position, which is unlikely to ever change. I will however address and argue certain ethical and technical issues which are not yet properly addressed in the transhumanist cannon.
